As the Manager, Agile Delivery, you will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Agile Delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and/or Project Managers. You will play a key leadership role within the Portfolio Delivery leadership team, helping establish and maintain a consistent level of high-quality service delivery while advancing the overall quality and efficiency of value delivery across the organization. In this role, you will foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. You will conduct performance reviews, set meaningful goals, and create development plans that empower your team members to grow in their careers. You will also help attract and onboard new talent, ensuring the team continues to evolve to meet business needs. You will serve as a champion of Agile best practices, establishing and optimizing frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban across multiple teams. By driving organizational change and supporting Agile transformation initiatives, you will elevate Agile maturity and strengthen cross-team collaboration. Acting as a key point of contact for senior leadership, you will provide metrics-based updates on performance and delivery outcomes while developing and implementing KPIs that measure team and portfolio success.
