Role Summary Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of digital experiences and IoT-connected programs , balancing date-driven launches with longer-term continuous value delivery. Establish and mature delivery practices that improve predictability, flow, transparency, and quality across teams. Lead a small delivery practice by managing and mentoring Scrum Masters embedded with teams. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into executable plans and sustained delivery capacity.

Requirements

• 7+ years in delivery leadership roles spanning Agile delivery, technical program/project management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with meaningful dependencies (experience with hardware/firmware/manufacturing-tied timelines strongly preferred).
• Experience designing, implementing, or running planning cadences at scale (quarterly planning, PI planning, QBR/OKR planning, or similar).
• Experience managing or mentoring Scrum Masters, delivery leads, program managers, or similar roles.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills; able to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong command of delivery tooling and reporting (Jira and/or Azure DevOps; dashboards; workflow design; agile analytics).
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery practices, including flow-based metrics and continuous improvement.
• Required (one or more): PSM II (or higher), CSP-SM, A-CSM, or equivalent advanced Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery for funded, date-driven programs: integrated plans, sequencing, milestones, critical path management, and release readiness.
• Maintain crisp visibility into risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions ; ensure timely escalation and closure.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Hardware/Firmware, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on scope, timelines, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with Product Owners and team leads to ensure backlog health (refinement discipline, clear acceptance criteria, readiness standards).
• Implement and run a quarterly planning cadence (goals/OKRs → capacity → roadmap → commitments), and connect quarterly priorities to team backlogs and delivery plans.
• Improve delivery flow and predictability through practical Agile/Lean methods (work slicing, WIP management, stable sprint goals, continuous improvement with follow-through).
• Use metrics to drive improvement and decision-making (e.g., throughput, cycle time/lead time, predictability, defect trends) and produce executive-ready reporting that avoids vanity metrics.
• Ensure consistent use of delivery tooling (Jira/Confluence and/or Azure DevOps): boards, workflows, dashboards, hygiene, and transparency.
• Coach and manage Scrum Masters: raise the bar on facilitation quality, outcomes, and team maturity; standardize lightweight practices where they add value without over-prescribing.
• Strengthen operating rhythms across teams (release planning, dependency management, integrated delivery, stakeholder communications).
