About The Position

The Agent performs a variety of security and related responsibilities depending on the assignment. Duties may include concierge-level, residential, campus, and event security; response services; basic driving; and investigations. The role provides client-focused security, supports emergency and crisis response, documents incidents, and helps protect client locations and people.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
Texas DPS Level IV Commissioned Security Officer certification, Personal Protection Officer certification, and TX LTC and/or HR218 with annual firearm qualification.
Knowledge of concierge-level customer service.
Ability to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
Problem-resolution skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.

Executive driving experience.

Responsibilities

Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Provide concierge-level security at client locations and/or events.
Deescalate tense situations or individuals.
Write detailed incident reports for incidents, occurrences, or variances requiring documentation.
Conduct investigations and complete investigative reports.
Oversee external campus drop-offs and pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
Transport the client to and from company locations and/or events, as assigned.
Secure the client’s residential perimeter; review CCTV; manage access controls; and respond to alarms, as assigned.
Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies or failures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
