About The Position

The Agent performs a variety of security and support responsibilities depending on assignment, including concierge-level, residential, campus, and event security; response services; basic driving; and investigations. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Agent may provide security at client locations or events, support emergency and crisis response, conduct investigations, transport the client, and secure a residential perimeter. The role requires regular computer use, travel as required, and the ability to make effective decisions in stressful or emergency situations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
Texas DPS Level IV Commissioned Security Officer License.
TX LTC/HR218.
Knowledge of concierge-level customer service.
Ability to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports.
Experience with access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
Problem-resolution skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Provide concierge-level security at the client location and/or events.
Deescalate tense situations or individuals.
Write detailed incident reports following incidents, occurrences, or variances requiring documentation.
Conduct investigations and complete investigative reports.
Oversee external campus drop-offs and pick-ups and conduct perimeter patrols, as assigned.
Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
Transport the client to and from the company location and/or events, as assigned.
Secure the client’s residential perimeter, review CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms, as assigned.
Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies or failures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
