PRINCIPLE MISSION: Coordinate the activities of the warehouse to ensure quick, efficient, and courteous customer service at the best price for the company and clients. Keep clients informed of the status of their shipments.

Requirements

High school diploma
1-3 years in the transport industry, namely warehousing, with exposure to customer service.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Fully fluent in French and English both oral and written and ability to communicate clearly.
Sense of urgency, team player, precise with attention to detail, and speed of execution are all competencies required.
