Agent Product Manager

Runbook•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

This is an exciting role that sits at the intersection of two important pillars: how to deploy AI agents to take on end-to-end work that can decrease costs or drive revenue for a customer, and how to build a platform that makes it easy for non-technical operators to own these deployments. Your first responsibility will be driving outcomes for a customer using the Runbook platform. You'll work with Agent Operations and engineering to deliver agents that work, but this goes beyond shipping the first agent. You'll partner with customers as they transform their operations with AI and expand to additional workflows over time. Success is measured by real business impact. This is a forward-deployed role. Your second responsibility will be driving the success of the Runbook platform in the market. You'll leverage your front-row seat to our customers and work directly with the founders and engineering team to shape the vision and roadmap of the platform, ensuring the next n customers and deployments are successful. This tight feedback loop between customer deployments and platform is the secret behind our blazing-fast development speed.
