Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in outbound sales and closing new business
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to change
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Bilingual skills are highly valued

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Grow new business by identifying and developing promising prospects
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess and understand clients’ needs
  • Sell and cross-sell a robust suite of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
  • Build lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring policy optimization
  • Consistently exceed sales goals and contribute to the agency’s achievements
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry regulations
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective lead management and policy renewals
  • Collaborate with the team to drive agency-wide initiatives and success
