Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or a proven ability to consistently meet goals
  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
  • A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Conducting client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency growth
  • Staying current on product knowledge and compliance requirements
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
