Requirements

• Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Business)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a results-driven approach
• Confidently present insurance offerings to individuals and small business owners
• Respond promptly and thoroughly to leads and appointments
• Accurately maintain records of sales activities and client communications
• Provide excellent service by addressing client inquiries and policy needs in a timely manner
• Stay informed about Farmers Insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques
