About The Position
The Morgan Raleigh Agency is looking for a motivated Agent in Training who is ready to develop their sales skills, work directly with clients, and build a career with long-term potential. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll learn the insurance business while actively working with new and existing customers. You don't need an insurance background to get started. If you're confident talking with people, motivated by goals, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching to help you build your knowledge and succeed.
Requirements
- Enjoy talking with people and building connections
- Motivated by goals and the opportunity to increase your income
- Can stay persistent even when you hear "no"
- Take feedback well and are eager to improve
- Dependable, organized, and consistent
- Previous sales, customer service, or other people-focused experience
- Hold an insurance license or are willing to obtain the required licensing
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach
- Learn how to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with prospects and confidently guide conversations toward a sale
- Build relationships with clients and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
- Identify additional coverage opportunities with existing customers
- Manage your leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using agency systems
- Work toward individual production goals while developing your skills
