Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or insurance roles (preferred)
- Expert communicator with strong closing and negotiation talents
- A self-starter who excels at making outbound calls and driving revenue
- Coachable, goal-focused, and eager to raise your own bar
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to pursue)
- Bilingual skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Aggressively develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead conversion
- Consult one-on-one with clients to uncover their needs and offer high-value insurance solutions
- Drive sales of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive service and policy reviews
- Consistently surpass individual sales goals, fueling agency-wide success
- Stay expert on industry products and compliance requirements
- Utilize CRM systems for strategic pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and renewals
- Collaborate with the team during regular meetings and strategy sessions, sharing best practices
