Requirements
- 1 year or more of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing new business
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and embrace feedback
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive agency growth by prospecting and converting leads into loyal clients
- Conduct engaging sales consultations to offer tailored insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
- Build and nurture client relationships to optimize retention and referrals
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets
- Stay at the cutting edge of product and sales knowledge through ongoing training
- Expertly utilize CRM tools for effective pipeline and relationship management
- Participate in goal-driven team meetings and contribute to high-impact agency initiatives
