Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Coachability and a desire to grow professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Meet with individuals and business owners to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
- Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews.
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
