About The Position

We are currently looking for a Methods Agent - Electrical Systems. This role involves coordinating prototype manufacturing activities, supporting the prototype team and department lead on technical aspects and manufacturing problem-solving, and participating in production ramp-up and failure analysis (RMA). The position also requires collaboration with Sales, Quotation, and Engineering teams on technical, cost, and schedule issues related to manufacturing, as well as reviewing specifications and adapting manufacturing methods. The agent will develop and update production procedures and documentation, participate in the design and validation of tools and fixtures, ensure tool compliance, and manage non-conformities with suppliers/clients. Additionally, the role involves documenting and tracking key prototype information, proposing improvements to optimize manufacturing processes, maintaining up-to-date technical data, and acting as the main contact between clients and the prototype department regarding manufacturing requirements and drawing specifications, especially for design changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong ability to analyze drawings, technical plans, and specifications, including electrical drawings and schematics
  • Experience in communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical wiring
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100D standards
