We are searching for a driven and knowledgeable Agent Apprentice to join our top-performing team. This position is a perfect fit for professionals with insurance experience who want to further expand their knowledge, sharpen their sales abilities, and develop long-term client partnerships within the Farmers Insurance network. As an Agent Apprentice, you'll provide tailored insurance solutions to clients and receive hands-on business and sales training alongside seasoned industry experts.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
- Active California Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health License (or intention to obtain soon after joining)
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- History of achieving production targets
- High standards of professionalism, organization, and initiative
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue and secure new clients through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct detailed insurance reviews to align coverage with each client’s unique needs
- Present and promote Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Foster strong client relationships through attentive service and ongoing support
- Oversee sales processes, including follow-ups and renewals, using CRM tools
- Ensure total compliance with California Department of Insurance guidelines and company policies
