The position is part of AKRS Equipment Solutions, a John Deere dealership serving farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and commercial customers. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their equipment and operations.
• Unload shipments and stock shelves.
• Supply service technicians with parts needed to complete repairs.
• Help prepare and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Participate in perpetual inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts department.
• Follow up on parts shortages and work with the Parts Manager to resolve issues promptly.
