About The Position

Turn5 is one of the largest and fastest growing e-commerce retailers in the Greater Philadelphia area, known for its award-winning platforms like AmericanMuscle.com, ExtremeTerrain.com, and AmericanTrucks.com. With the acquisition of Eckler’s, Turn5's brand catalog now includes classic car restoration and modification products. The company is launching a new customer installation shop at its Cedar Hollow headquarters, focusing on trucks and off-road vehicles. This shop will provide professional installation services for aftermarket parts purchased from their website. The Aftermarket Shop Manager & Installer will be the cornerstone of this operation, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing all aspects of the shop.

Requirements

• Poven experience in automotive aftermarket installations across a broad range of vehicles and parts categories (required).
• Strong business sense and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of a shop.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment for part installations (specialty tools provided).
• ASE Certification Required

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of aftermarket parts purchased through our website.
• Manage day-to-day shop operations, including scheduling and customer interactions.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate with customer to ensure all required parts have been ordered.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their visit.
• Coordinate with internal teams to receive installation referrals from B2B sales.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to your manager for continuous optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
