Plans and executes strategies to meet the organization’s long-range goals through the development, expansion, and optimization of the regional aftermarket service network. Evaluates and develops market initiatives related to service coverage, partner capability, and customer support models. Analyzes business opportunities in both new and existing markets and identifies alternative approaches for delivering service and warranty support aligned with customer operational requirements and network strategy, entering new markets and adopting new technologies.
