About The Position

The After School and Enrichment Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great after school program experience in partnership with local school districts and daycares. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with students, school district employees and parents while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Instructing, teaching, and positively influencing students in grades pre-K through 5th grade is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and scrimmages among all age groups and skill levels. Sourcing applicants for the following Sports: Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball. The ideal candidate enjoys coaching, is comfortable taking initiative & is comfortable in multiple sports.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Sport-specific experience & knowledge
Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work Monday & Tuesday 3:30p to 6:30p
Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
