The After Sales Operator supports the After Sales Team by answering and transferring incoming calls, performing clerical and administrative services, and following up on minor customer issues. Requirements

• Clear, courteous phone manner and strong communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn phone systems.
• Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Previous call center experience.
