About The Position

Foothills Montessori, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an After Care Teacher to help ensure students’ safety and well-being while providing age-appropriate activities in a fun, educational manner. The role includes supporting children’s development, monitoring their progress, and helping create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming each day. The school offers educators a supportive work environment, resources to create positive learning environments, education incentives, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Childcare tuition discounts are available based on individual school availability, and relocation options are offered across the organization’s more than 100 schools.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is preferred.
