Affordable Leasing Agent
About The Position
CRMG is looking for an Affordable Leasing Agent with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the lease-up, 63-unit apartment community of Woodland Hearth Apartments. Amenities at this apartment community include playgrounds, community gardens, and a village market. The Affordable Leasing Agent will be responsible for facilitating the apartment leasing process, conducting property tours, processing resident applications, responding to resident questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner, completing weekly or monthly reports on leasing activity and occupancy, and supporting community-building efforts and help foster a safe, inclusive environment. Requirements
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience (required)
- Previous affordable property management experience (preferred)
- Basic experience with MS365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Effectively deal with a diverse population in a professional, constructive and productive manner
- Able to prioritize and coordinate details of multiple projects or tasks
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy
- Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols
- High School degree or equivalent
