At Richman Property Services, Inc., we are looking for an energetic, people-first Leasing Associate to help create an exceptional living experience for residents at Meridian Pointe, a 360-unit affordable community in Tampa's East Hillsborough area. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Mid-rise experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus.
• Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins, with energy and professionalism.
• Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Create and distribute creative marketing materials that make Meridian Pointe stand out.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and residents.
• Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment.
• Bring high-energy sales skills and excellent closing ability to every interaction.
• Read the room and adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and personality of each prospect.
