Lovefreedom Solution•Miami, FL

About The Position

We are seeking an Affordable Housing Associate to join a growing, mission-driven practice in South Florida. The opportunity is driven by increased client demand and a strong pipeline of sophisticated transactions, offering meaningful experience and long-term growth within the practice. The role involves complex affordable housing transactions, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and tax-exempt bond financings, and layered public-private financing structures. Associates work closely with partners in a collaborative, low-leverage environment. The firm offers a transparent partnership track, formal evaluation and progression milestones, active mentorship, and training. The work combines technical sophistication with meaningful social impact by contributing to the development of affordable housing communities. The position offers a base salary starting at approximately $215,000, with discretionary bonuses tied to a 1,900-hour benchmark. The firm also reports a strong history of profit distributions. Practicing in Florida provides a tax advantage due to the absence of state income tax.
