About The Position

Odd Bunch is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own and scale their affiliate and ambassador program across the US, Canada, and Australia. This role is crucial for driving growth through their most efficient acquisition channel. The ideal candidate will have experience building an affiliate program from the ground up, taking end-to-end ownership of revenue targets, program economics, creator relationships, content generation, and offline activations. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment. The position involves managing a small team and requires comfort with both detailed data analysis and on-the-ground event execution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct ownership of a revenue number.
  • Experience building or rebuilding an affiliate program.
  • Fluency in growth metrics: CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, and cohort retention.
  • New-market launch experience, with US launch experience and TikTok Shop strategy strongly preferred.
  • Experience running offline activations and creator trips.
  • Experience using creators for product seeding and understanding how to support core products.
  • People leadership experience, including managing or closely mentoring marketers.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear points of view for leadership.
  • Fluency with affiliate platforms and attribution tools such as Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale, or equivalents.
  • Comfort building AI and automation into workflows.
  • Operator's reliability: owning commitments, flagging risk early, and stopping ineffective initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • DTC or e-commerce CPG experience preferred.
  • New-market launch experience.
  • Fluency in TikTok Shop strategy.
  • Events and activations experience.
  • Creator-led product seeding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own affiliate revenue as a key performance indicator, alongside CPA, payback period, and LTV.
  • Develop and manage unit economics, focusing on contribution margin and LTV:CAC, and analyzing cohort behavior to optimize creator spend.
  • Lead the global go-to-market strategy for the affiliate program across US, Canada, and Australia, including creator sourcing, platform management (Roster, Upfluence, AWIN), gifting, PR, and partnerships, with a strategic focus on TikTok and TikTok Shop for US market entry.
  • Build and manage the creator roster lifecycle, from customer to top-tier creator, optimizing onboarding throughput and developing the mid-tail to avoid revenue concentration.
  • Treat program-generated content as a core asset, building a whitelisting and creator-asset pipeline for paid social, and measuring blended CAC impact.
  • Utilize creators for product seeding of adjacent products (e.g., Pantry line) to drive subscription entry and Average Order Value expansion.
  • Manage the offline component of the program, including sampling, farmers markets, festivals, community events, pop-ups, and retail activations, as well as creator trips and creator-house programming.
  • Design, test, and implement scalable and profitable creator compensation models (commission, flat fee, guarantees, tiered leaderboards), maintaining rate card discipline and negotiation across numerous relationships.
  • Own the affiliate attribution stack (Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale), understand its limitations, and conduct holdouts and geo tests to assess incrementality.
  • Manage and coach the affiliate team, carrying a personal workload while addressing reporting and reliability gaps.
  • Deliver data-backed weekly and bi-weekly leadership reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Retain and grow top-performing creators while actively managing concentration risk.
