The Hybrid Practice Development Manager (PDM) is a field-based, full-time representative responsible for both capital sales and practice development. This role involves closing new placements for AuraLux within the assigned territory and ensuring the long-term success of those accounts. The PDM is expected to foster a strong partnership between practices and Acclaro, leading to practice transformation, sustained utilization rates, and recurring revenue generation through deep value delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in aesthetic device sales and a desire to maintain strong client relationships post-sale, or experience in practice development seeking a commercial role with revenue ownership.
