The Hybrid Practice Development Manager (PDM) is a field-based, full-time rep responsible for both capital sales and practice development. You will be responsible for closing new placements for AuraLux in your territory and then staying invested in making those accounts successful long after the deal closes. If you have a background in aesthetic device sales and have always wished you could stay more connected to your accounts after the sale, or if you are on the practice development side and are ready to take on a commercial role with real revenue ownership, we want to hear from you. The Hybrid PDM ensures that every practice doesn’t just own our device but thrives because of their partnership with Acclaro. Success in this role is measured not only by device installations competed, but by practice transformation achieved, utilization rates sustained and recurring revenue generated through deep value delivery.
