About The Position

The Hybrid Practice Development Manager (PDM) is a field-based, full-time representative responsible for both capital sales and practice development. This role involves closing new placements for AuraLux within a designated territory and ensuring the long-term success of those accounts post-sale. The PDM is crucial in ensuring practices not only own the device but also thrive through their partnership with Acclaro. Success is measured by device installations, practice transformation, sustained utilization rates, and recurring revenue generation through deep value delivery. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in aesthetic device sales who wish to maintain a strong connection with accounts after the sale, or for those in practice development seeking a commercial role with revenue ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in medical aesthetics, medical device, or a related clinical sales environment
  • Demonstrated track record closing capital equipment deals
  • Experience training or supporting practices post-sale, not just handing off
  • Comfort running workshops, leading team meetings, and presenting to practice owners
  • Bachelor degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical Background: (RN, MA, esthetician or similar)
  • Business consulting or practice management experience
  • Teaching or coaching experience/certification
  • Aesthetic device expertise (lasers, energy-based devices)
  • Previous PDM, CSM or similar role in medical device industry

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new device placements for AuraLux in your territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a pipeline that supports quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent Acclaro at industry events, tradeshows, and local market activations
  • Practice Integration and Onboarding: Conduct Full-Day Brand Integration Workshops, facilitate with the entire practice team, lead brand discovery exercises, co-create unique positioning statements, and establish team roles and responsibilities.
