About The Position

Our clinics run at high volume with a team-first culture. RNs here build loyal patient books and have a real voice in how care is delivered. This role involves owning the patient's full clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. You will build relationships with patients who return because of your care. Day-to-day activities include performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, conducting consultations, designing individualized treatment plans, documenting accurately, and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure a seamless clinic operation. You will work with a custom EMR built for LaserAway, designed to simplify charting. As we continuously add the latest FDA-cleared technologies, you will practice at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.

Requirements

• Current RN license (state-issued)
• 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
• Eager to build aesthetics skills – full training provided
• Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment

Responsibilities

• Own your patient's full clinical journey – from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results.
• Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Conduct consultations.
• Design individualized treatment plans.
• Document accurately.
• Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor.
• Treating 15-25 patients per day.
