Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Pennsylvania as 1099 contractors to provide aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes, including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials. Providers set their own schedules, choose their clients, and build their practices with support from Pinch, an established med spa brand. Pinch covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, and offers top-of-market pay for treatments. Founding Providers will introduce Pinch in their local communities, build awareness, and develop a client base. Providers must treat at least five clients per month, with clients sourced from their personal networks and local communities as well as Pinch marketing. The role averages 10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Providers manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records. Applicants who are new to injectables or aesthetics must complete one of the listed in-person trainings before starting. Experienced and certified applicants may not need the training, but are welcome to attend.
