Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
Pinch is hiring Michigan-licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) as 1099 contractors to provide concierge aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. Providers can set their schedules, choose clients, and grow their practices with support from the Pinch brand. Pinch covers malpractice insurance and overhead costs and provides marketing, technology, clinical support, and ongoing training. The role includes delivering treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, microneedling, skincare services, and at-home facials. Providers average 4 to 24 hours per week and may serve clients through Pinch marketing and their own networks. New injectors or providers new to aesthetics must complete required live neurotoxin training; comprehensive virtual training is also available. The role offers flexibility to supplement existing work or potentially scale an aesthetics practice over time.
Requirements
- Active APRN license in Michigan.
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
- Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a practice with flexibility.
- If new to injectables or aesthetics, ability to attend one of the required in-person trainings in full; the listed Michigan training is December 5th and 6th.
Nice To Haves
- Prior aesthetics experience.

- Interest in expanding the practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and other opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training when applicable.
- Participate in virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
- Treat clients obtained through Pinch marketing as well as the provider’s personal network.
- Offer appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
- Manage products and supplies responsibly.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records.
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow providers and the Pinch team.
- Use Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, conduct patient outreach, and grow the business.
