About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Illinois as 1099 contractors to provide concierge aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. Providers deliver services such as neurotoxin treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facials, with training and support from Pinch. The role offers flexibility to set a schedule, select clients, and build an aesthetics practice, either alongside another job or with the potential to transition to full-time. Providers may work with clients generated by Pinch marketing and their own networks. Pinch covers malpractice insurance and overhead costs and supplies marketing, technology, clinical and legal support, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Illinois.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a practice with flexibility.
• If new to injectables or aesthetics, attend one of the listed in-person trainings in full before starting.

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics experience.
• An existing patient network.
• Interest in expanding a practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and other opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training when applicable.
• Participate in virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing and personal networks.
• Offer appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow providers and the Pinch team.
• Use Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, conduct patient outreach, and grow the business.
