About The Position

Pinch is hiring Arizona Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) as 1099 contractors to provide concierge aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. Providers deliver treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and at-home facials, with flexibility to set their schedules and choose clients. Pinch covers malpractice insurance and overhead costs and provides marketing, technology, training, and ongoing support. Providers may build their practices gradually, supplement existing work, or transition to full-time.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Arizona.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing a practice with flexibility.
• If new to injectables or aesthetics, ability to attend one of the required in-person trainings in full before starting.

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics experience.
• An existing patient network.
• Interest in expanding a practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and other opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments, including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training when applicable.
• Participate in virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques.
• Treat clients acquired through Pinch marketing and through the provider’s own network.
• Offer appointment availability averaging 4 to 24 hours per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate and timely client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow providers and the Pinch team.
• Use Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, conduct patient outreach, and grow the business.
