Pinch is seeking Minnesota Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) for a 1099 contractor role delivering aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. Providers perform treatments such as tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials, with flexibility to set their schedules and choose clients. The role averages 4 to 24 hours per week and can supplement an existing job or potentially grow into a full-time practice. Pinch covers overhead costs, including malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support. Providers receive required live neurotoxin injectables training and comprehensive virtual training in chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques. New injectors or those new to aesthetics must attend one of the listed in-person training dates in full before starting. Experienced and already-certified injectors may not need that training. The position offers top-of-market treatment compensation, clinical and operational support, and opportunities to build local connections and grow an aesthetics practice.
