Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania as 1099 contractors to provide aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. Treatments include tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials, delivered safely and in accordance with Pinch’s clinical standards. Providers can set their own schedules, choose clients, and develop their practices with support from an established med spa brand. Founding Providers will introduce Pinch in their local communities, build awareness, and develop a client base. They treat at least five clients per month, drawing from their own networks and Pinch marketing. Providers generally work 10–20 hours per week, manage supplies and timely client records, and use Pinch’s marketing tools to support outreach, retention, and referrals. Pinch covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing clinical, supply, and legal support. Newer providers may complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification and required in-person training; experienced and certified injectors may not need that training. The role offers flexible participation, from supplementing another job to gradually scaling a practice or going full-time.
