About The Position

Unicon Systems Inc. is hiring an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Architect for its direct client, Adobe. This is a 100% remote, W2-only role with a contract duration of 24+ months and potential long-term extension opportunities. The schedule is 40 hours per week. The position requires 15+ years of experience and focuses on enterprise MarTech architecture and solution design across Adobe platforms, data, customer profiles, journey orchestration, and integrations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Enterprise-level MarTech architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
• Knowledge of XDM schemas, data modeling, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles.
• Experience with batch and streaming data ingestion.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, activation, and personalization.
• Experience with customer journey orchestration and real-time decisioning.
• Experience integrating Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, data governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level MarTech architecture and solutions.
• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
• Develop and work with XDM schemas, data models, identity resolution, and unified customer profiles.
• Support batch and streaming data ingestion.
• Implement audience segmentation, activation, and personalization.
• Support customer journey orchestration and real-time decisioning.
• Integrate Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Work with REST APIs, data governance, and enterprise integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and manage stakeholders.
