We’re hiring curious, ambitious builders to help shape the future of AI search. As a AEO Strategist at Goodie, you’ll be the go-to advisor for enterprise brands navigating the new search frontier. You’ll lead relationships with our clients, translate data into strategic clarity, and guide brands in shaping how they’re discovered, represented, and chosen in AI search. This isn’t SEO 2.0. It’s a new discipline entirely and you’ll help write the playbook. You’ll identify patterns before they become best practices, turn complex platform mechanics into actionable frameworks, and help Goodie clients stay ahead while others are still catching up. At Goodie, you won’t just be optimizing you’ll be shaping the next chapter of organic growth in the AI and agentic web. You’ll work with global brands, build industry-defining strategies, and contribute to a category that didn’t exist three years ago. Requirements

  • 4+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO/GEO experience a major plus).
  • A proven record of designing strategies that drive measurable growth and visibility.
  • Ability to think at both the technical (structured data, AI crawlers, entity SEO) and strategic (brand narrative, growth) levels.
  • Comfort leading enterprise client relationships with authority, clarity, and trust.
  • Intellectual curiosity about how AI systems interpret, prioritize, and present information.
  • A knack for simplifying technical concepts into frameworks executives and marketers can use.
  • Track record of anticipating search or platform shifts before they went mainstream.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of enterprise and scale-up Goodie AI clients.
  • Build AEO strategies that maximize brand visibility across LLMs and AI search surfaces.
  • Partner with client teams (SEO, content, comms, growth) to integrate AEO into broader growth strategy.
  • Lead deep research into AI models, prompt patterns, and entity-based discovery mechanics.
  • Translate findings into competitive gap analyses, visibility frameworks, and industry-specific playbooks.
  • Turn client challenges and edge cases into structured learnings and product feedback loops.
  • Present insights and strategies with clarity to executives, marketers, and technical teams.
  • Stay two steps ahead of industry shifts, surfacing what matters before it’s obvious.
