About The Position

This is a high-bar role for an AI-native operator who can own a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and proactively lead clients through the next era of organic visibility across SEO, AEO, Reddit, LLM-driven discovery, and emerging search surfaces. The role involves retaining and growing a portfolio of 4 to 6 client accounts totaling roughly $120K to $180K in monthly value, while also improving team execution strategies. The ideal candidate is an early adopter of AI, operates proactively, takes full ownership of results, and can work across various discovery platforms beyond traditional search.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 4 to 6 client accounts worth approximately $120K to $180K in monthly revenue
  • Drive 20 to 30 percent growth within owned accounts through expansion
  • Maintain Net Revenue Retention of 115 to 120 percent across owned accounts
  • Deliver zero unforced churn through proactive client leadership
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and act before issues arise
  • Build proactive account strategies with clear forward-looking roadmaps
  • Execute strategies across SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, Reddit, and emerging discovery platforms
  • Improve visibility in AI-generated answers and answer engines
  • Develop repeatable Reddit and community search strategies
  • Partner with leadership on upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Build 1 to 3 AI workflows or tools that improve speed, quality, and execution
  • Surface account-level insights that improve broader team strategy
  • Mentor analysts and help raise execution quality across the pod
