About The Position
The Advisor Endzone & Loyalty delivers a high-touch athlete experience by guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise. The role builds connections, drives engagement, and helps create a seamless, memorable shopping journey while providing service and support throughout the store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow established merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including the Federal ATF.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
