About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. It specializes in goals-based wealth management, including planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Merrill's Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates help clients pursue their financial goals through personal relationships, leveraging Merrill's investment insights and Bank of America's banking convenience. Merrill is committed to an in-office culture that values diversity and empowers employees. As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams) with dedicated study time. Once licensed, you will be taught foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, considering complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions while humanizing financial interactions. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful ADP FSA I individuals typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. The ultimate aim is to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor, with support from The Academy throughout the career journey.
