Successful ADP FSA I individuals typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. The ultimate aim is to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor, with support from The Academy throughout the career journey.
