About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. Merrill specializes in goals-based wealth management, including planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Merrill's Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates help clients pursue their financial goals through personal relationships with their advisory teams. The company emphasizes trust through transparency and provides access to Merrill's investment insights and Bank of America's banking convenience. Merrill is committed to an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, while also allowing for appropriate flexibility. The company values diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture-driven, resilient, results-focused, and effective work community. As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams), with dedicated study time provided. Once licensed, you will learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care approach. Upon demonstrating success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to the next stage as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA), transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. Successful MFSAs have the opportunity to further progress within ADP, aiming to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout this career journey.
