Successful ADP FSA I candidates typically progress to the Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) stage, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. The ultimate goal within the ADP is to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor, with support, tools, and resources provided by The Academy throughout the career journey.
