About The Position

UnityPoint Clinic is recruiting a PRN Wound Care Advanced Practitioner to practice at its Bettendorf and Moline locations in the Quad Cities area. The role is part of a physician-led, nonprofit healthcare organization that provides primary, walk-in, and specialty care. Its clinical teams focus on improving outcomes, reducing hospital readmissions, and lowering avoidable costs associated with chronic conditions. The organization uses Epic across its clinics and hospitals to support care coordination. The position has no call requirements and offers hourly compensation.

Requirements

• Be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Be board certified.
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in Iowa.
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioner’s field of practice.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe treatment, educate patients, and refer patients for follow-up care as needed.
