About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care through its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound cases, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients in their homes and local facilities. Treatments include allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound. The role offers clinical autonomy and includes mentoring and guiding less experienced providers, collaborating across disciplines, and contributing to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements. The provider maintains detailed electronic medical record documentation in a mobile work environment. Requirements

Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team.
Commitment to innovation and quality care.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
