About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound care patients across diverse populations and settings, including patients’ homes and local facilities. The role uses evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound, and offers clinical autonomy alongside opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. The position requires work in a dynamic, mobile environment and meticulous EMR documentation.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Commitment to innovation and quality care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
