About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care through its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages complex wound cases and delivers care in patients’ homes and local facilities, using evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound. The role offers clinical autonomy and includes mentoring less experienced providers, contributing to quality initiatives and process improvements, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements

Be an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
Demonstrate expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
Have strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
Be an effective communicator and team leader.
Show commitment to innovation and quality care.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
