About The Position
NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Mobile Wound Care Division. The provider independently evaluates and manages wound care patients in their homes and local facilities, using evidence-based therapies and technologies, including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound. The role offers clinical autonomy and involvement in complex wound cases, team mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality initiatives across multiple states. The position requires maintaining detailed EMR documentation in a mobile environment.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a valid license.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills and team leadership ability.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
