About The Position

Mountain View Pain Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting at its Lone Tree clinic. The provider will see new and established patients and develop and manage comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. The clinic uses a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach that may include chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture, with a focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

This is a full-time, 100% onsite position with a Monday–Thursday schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday hours of 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. There is no on-call duty or weekend work. Training in minor interventional pain procedures is provided, and the role includes physician collaboration and support from a team-oriented clinic.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Active DEA license.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical examinations.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures; training is provided.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
