About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Osteoporosis Clinic at Wildwood Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. This is a 100% outpatient position focused on treating osteoporosis patients. The provider will work in a stand-alone clinic in collaboration with the Orthopedic Trauma team.

The role follows a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule, with no weekend, call, or holiday requirements. ProMedica Physicians Group emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide personalized care.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner applicants must have a Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree.
• Physician Assistant applicants must have a master’s degree.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to the role, such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Treat osteoporosis patients in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the Orthopedic Trauma team.
• Support preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide personalized, effective care.
