About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Osteoporosis Clinic in Toledo, Ohio. This is a 100% outpatient position focused on treating patients with osteoporosis. The provider will work in a stand-alone clinic in collaboration with the Orthopedic Trauma team, with an emphasis on preventive care and patient education. The clinic schedule is Monday through Friday on day shift, with no weekend, call, or holiday requirements.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner applicants must have a Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree.
• Physician Assistant applicants must have a master’s degree.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to the role, such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Commitment to continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with osteoporosis in a 100% outpatient clinic.
